Property Rights

There are many misconceptions about property rights. At times it is important to know what constitutes a trespasser,  licensee, or an invitee. Whether something on your property could potentially be a liability or if someone owes you compensation for their negligence on their property. In a state where land is in abundance, it is important to know where you stand and how you are protected. What your deed states, the type of deed, the type of covenants, and the type of easements placed on your property all play a factor when dealing with property issues.

I understand how complex property issues can be and my firm strives to find solutions that are both practical and effective.
